Iceland

International travel is always exciting to me. Although the cliché destinations are appealing to me, such as Croatia, Mexico, Italy, etc.; Iceland is an often overlooked gem. Since my trip to Iceland I have seen an incline in popularity for the destination. Still I feel Iceland is an undervalued hot spot that offers much to do in its quaint locale. An added bonus is that Iceland vacations are very affordable and you get a lot of bang for your buck when it comes to inclusive vacations.

Let’s face it - the food makes up half of the experience so it’s only logical that it gets its own segment. The culinary scene in Aspen is noting short of perfect. My only complaint was that I left wanting more. Fit in the extra day if you can, and pack your stretchy pants.

A successful ski vacation is anchored by ensuring everything is in place prior to arrival. My favorite thing to do is plan ski trips and I was excited to have an Aspen trip under my belt. Aspen may be small and easy enough to navigate through - but what really made this trip was the lodging.
